PLEASE NOTE: I am a SMALL business. In fact, I am the only person working here.
I do it all--design, sew, take pictures, update the website, answer emails,
get orders ready to mail, etc. You get the picture. I make every effort
to get emails answered & orders out in a timely manner. However, if an
order comes in over the weekend or on holidays or if I happen to be out
of town for the day, it most likely will take me a few days to get back to you.

**If you will be using Paypal for payment,
a minumum order of $15.00 (before shipping is added) is required. ID: info@dalerae.com -- If using Paypal for payment and you are sending your order to me via email, please send along your Paypal address when placing your order so that I can go ahead and send an invoice once your order is ready. Check or money order mailed to snail mail address. Allow 10-15 days for bank clearance of personal checks. Returned checks will be subject to a minimum of a $30.00 service fee. ***I can no longer accept checks/money orders from outside the US-my bank charges outrageous fees to process them! Shipping: In-stock items will be shipped within 10 business days. Items that are temporarily out of stock will be placed on backorder - you will be notified of the status of the item(s) when the rest of your order is delivered. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be refunded any prepayment; or an alternate item will be offered. If you require delivery by a certain date, please indicate this on your order and I will make every effort to accommodate your request. International Shipping: Damaged Shipments: If you receive your order and it has been damaged in some way, PLEASE contact me immediately and have your invoice available. Returns/Exchanges: Customers are offered a money-back satisfaction guarantee - however, the following guidelines must be met: 1) All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice - no others will be accepted; 2) You must include a copy of the invoice with the return information filled in; 3) Patterns are not returnable unless defective - and then for replacement only; 4) Merchandise must be in original packaging and condition as when you received it - if a returned item is in perfect condition and can be resold, but must be repackaged, a 10% restocking fee will be charged; 5) Shipping and handling charges are not refunded on returned items; 6) Items must be returned to me postpaid (insure it for your own benefit) - COD's will not be accepted; and 7) Merchandise must not be used or altered in any way.
